My wife and I were expecting a new child and Integrity made an attempt to install my new windshield AT the hospital. Unfortunately, after being discharged I had to reschedule my appointment but, they made it to my residence within a couple of days after being discharged. On top of that Tony gave great updates and notified me on when they were leaving, their estimated arrival time, their arrival, when they were working on my vehicle, and when the installation was finished. "I contacted integrity Auto glass about a chip I had found in my windshield. I asked them if it was necessary to have this repaired. They informed me if left there is a risk of the chip spreading and creating a spider effect. I let them know it would be difficult for me with my schedule to come in to have it repaired. "After noticing a banner on their building stating "free chip repair, this summer only," I decided to try them out. Due to the location and size of the chip, I ended up needing a new windshield.
